Crossroads To Independence, LLC was created by Vi Shannon and her son Jeff Biddulph. The mother and son partnership formed from the joined desire to provide care and advocacy to the Developmentally Disabled Adult Community. Vi has been passionatley working within the DD community for over 25 years with a wide range of experienced care for facilities such as Pine Castle (Jacksonville), Muscatatuck State Developmental Center (Indiana), Quality Life (Jacksonville), and in- home private care. Vi is backed by a compassionate and caring staff who each bring their own unique and diversified experience to the supported living community!
