Our downtown Stuart office provides continuation of medical, psychiatric and psychological care, medication management and counseling in an outpatient basis to individuals no longer enrolled in a treatment program. Over the last 10 years, her main focus has been mental health and addiction. Along with her husband, she founded Crossroads Addiction Services to provide medical and psychiatric care to treatment programs and those in recovery. Terry is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, a member of the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, and the American Society of Addiction of Medicine. Chip graduated from Cornell University way back in 1988 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Then he served in the US Navy where he worked on his masters in Nuclear Physics and in Business Administration, while serving in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and the Bosnia conflict. After the service, he started an engineering company specializing in very large computerized building control systems around the world, catering to mansions, five star resorts and museums. Now he serves as our Chief Financial Officer and Operations Officer, helping to create a company to help all those in recovery. Dr Adlen a well respected practicing physician whose philosophy is to help people with addiction return to a healthy and productive life. In 2012 she expanded her role to help those in need of addiction medicine, specifically in Detox, Recovery and Primary Care Medicine.
