Tom's goal as a graduate of U of F school of Building Construction was to start a contracting business of his own some day. Crosscon provided Space Planning, Budgeting Estimate, Final Design, Sealed Drawings for Permitting & Construction, Final Estimate, and Construction Services. This office required space design for producing video and audio christian education materials in Casselberry, Florida. Filming studio with sound control, Control Room, Audio reproduction room, support Offices, Conference Rooms and Break room were design and constructed by Crosscon. This 1920's historic buidling in Mount Dora is occupied by an estate attorney. Crosscon provided Design/Build services which included submission to the City Board that approves this type of construction. We removed an existing front porch and added a Waiting Room & Conference Room. Additionally, we remodeled the entire office upgrading it to a contemporary office setting. below to see a slide show of just a few of the Tenant Finishes we have completed. Tenant Finishes have been a mainstay of our business. We provide space planning, budget estimating for lease negotiations, construction estimate, sealed plans for permitting & construction, building permit and final construction services.
