Buffy Stultz White was appointed President, Cross Country Staffing Travel Nurse and Allied in January 2018. She has served as Senior Vice President, Recruiting Strategy and Operations since September 30, 2016. Before joining Cross Country Healthcare, Inc., Ms. White served as Executive Vice President, Global Services and Solutions Consulting, of Pontoon (a division of Adecco) from June 2015 to November 2015. Ms. White served in various capacities at Pontoon and Adecco since 2006 and prior to that, in various roles at SFN Group, Inc. from August 2001 to July 2006. Marisa Zaharoff, MSN, RN was appointed President, Cross Country Staffing Branch Operations in January 2018. She has served as Executive Vice President, Cross Country Staffing Branch Operations since 2015. Ms. Zaharoff has more than 15 years of nursing, quality improvement, sales, operational and branch management experience. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She is also a Registered Nurse in the State of Illinois and Pennsylvania. Mr. Krug oversees Cross Country Staffing's brands that recruit and place rehab, imaging and radiology professionals. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Krug served as the President of Jackson Therapy. From 2011-2015, Mr. Krug was as an Executive Vice President at Noor, Inc. and led the Healthcare Staffing Division. Mr. Krug also held Executive Management positions at Prime Staffing, American Express and CommercialWare. Mr. Krug started his professional career in Boston, MA as a practicing attorney. Mr. Krug received his B.S. degree in Psychology from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst, his Juris Doctor degree from New England School of Law, and his Masters of Business Administration from Boston College. Ms. DiMarzio oversees Operations, the Project Management Office (PMO), Functional Training, and Organizational Development. In managing Organizational Development, she focuses on the General Orientation program, Functional Training, Standards of Excellence (SOE) and Champions of Excellence programs. Prior to joining Cross Country Staffing in 1992, Ms. DiMarzio studied at The Ohio State University receiving a Bachelors of Science degree. Mr. Drummond holds the position of Chief Clinical Officer within the Cross Country organization. His experience includes more than 25 years’ of directly applicable healthcare administration and a broad base of exceptional management expertise. His past leadership roles include executive and director level positions as Chief Nursing Officer, Nursing Administrator and Nurse Executive. He has also served as an University Instructor. Mr. Drummond's proficiency in balancing patient care with business efficiencies provides our clients with the added benefit an innovative approach with cutting edge technology solutions to meet the daily demands of healthcare delivery.
