I was also impressed by your personal attention to detail throughout the process. The design process was thorough and inclusive. I felt that you listened to our vision and you provided a design to achieve this. You were also flexible to our input as we worked through the iterative design process. The execution of the design was flawless. I was particularly impressed with the quality and experience of your employees as well as your subcontractors. The subcontractors shared the same commitment to quality work that your team does. I was on site during most of the work and was impressed with everyone who worked on the project—all exhibited a cheerful, can-do attitude and had a commitment to getting the job done right and to the satisfaction of the customer. In the middle of the project, we decided that we needed some unplanned tree trimming and your team was able to get your subcontractor over that afternoon so it was all completed at the same time as the overall project. Finally, after the project was completed, your team has provided outstanding follow up to ensure that everything is doing well. All in all, this was an outstanding experience for us and we appreciate both the beautiful finished product and the satisfying experience of working with you, your crew and subcontractors. Lynn is great for the administrative department and Rhonda really knows her"stuff" for the post installation punch out and start up. All of their work was excellent and they are great communicators! After the installation was complete, we stood back to admire your work and we were most pleased as evidenced by the fact that we have commissioned Steve to do additional work. Scott Burnett showed up today for the first weekly maintenance and we can see why you recommended him. Very thorough and professional in the "Critter Ridge" style of attacking a project.
