Mr. Reid brings keen business intelligence and entrepreneurial success to his role as president of CRG Residential. He is responsible for the overall construction operations and organization strategy, bringing an experienced eye to troubleshooting, design value engineering and site operational procedures. He is regularly involved in the review of construction design and scheduling details for major projects. Through various entities, Chris has completed construction projects in excess of $600 million in the multifamily housing industry throughout the Eastern United States. Dave Powers serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the firm with a primary focus on CRG’s financial, accounting, administrative, and investment related activities. Prior to joining CRG, Dave was a Vice President of Finance for PulteGroup Inc., one of the nation’s largest home builders and residential real estate developers. Armed with more than 30 years of experience in construction management, Mark leads CRG’s redevelopment and renovation team on projects stretching from Texas to New York. Mr. Thompson provides lead oversight on preliminary estimating, construction planning, and value engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully completed more than $500 million in multifamily construction projects. As the VP of exterior construction, Kevin oversees all aspects of the exteriors division ranging from low cost repair jobs to multimillion dollar renovations. Starting at CRG as a service manager and small job specialist and working up to becoming an 11 year Project Manager/Estimator, has allowed Kevin to gain a thorough understanding of exterior, multifamily renovation and new construction practices. He successfully utilizes CRG’s systems, supervision and experience to provide outstanding value to our customers. David adds 20 plus years of valuable real estate development and engineering experience to CRG Residential. David has also been an active member of the City Council of Fishers, IN, a suburban community of 85,000 residents for almost 15 years. In that role, he has played an integral part in negotiating multiple public-private partnerships and managing redevelopment efforts. Tim has been part of the construction family for nearly his entire life and joined CRG as Director of Pre-construction. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, working with some of the most respected firms in the Indianapolis region as VP of Construction and Senior Project Management roles. Prior to CRG, Tim was responsible for more than $350 million in multifamily and senior housing and approximately $700 million in commercial construction. Tim attended Purdue University and is a Certified Professional Constructor AIC and has his 30 hour OSHA certification. Jeff has been with CRG since 2012 and has spent his entire professional career in various sectors of multifamily, including: management, finance, brokerage and development. Early in his career, he founded Dee Lance Management in Dallas, TX, leading the rehab and repositioning of thousands of units across the Southeast and Midwest. He then went on to build CS Realty Advisors in Atlanta, GA, a successful multifamily brokerage and advisory firm. Jeff is a licensed broker in the states of Indiana and Georgia and is also CAM certified.
