To the staff of Cresthaven East, This letter is being written to you to thank all of you for making my mother, Edith Rubin’s year and half stay at your facility a very happy one. Every time we went to visit her, she was all smiles, said everyone likes her and that she liked everyone. We also noticed that the staff was always very caring and friendly. Dear Mr. Mort Gelberd, I want to thank you for all the services to me during my stay here. The meals were delicious and the waitresses served well and pleasantly. I also appreciated the housekeeping staff, especially Alesia. The two nurses who gave me my medicines, Satesia and Marcia were very accurate and helpful.
