Crenshaw Properties was developed to offer upscale commercial office space and residential rentals. Our goal for both, commercial and residential properties, is to create a beautiful - well maintained environment for both working and living purposes. To achieve this goal, we've created an in-house management system, offering constant monitoring service to all of our commercial and residential renters. Our management team takes care of all exterior maintenance, the cleaning and detailing of parking lots, lawns, gardens, and making sure that all structures are painted and detailed on a regular basis.
