About Credentialing Counts Credentialing Counts is owned and operated by Wendy Y. Chandler, an experienced professional who has worked in the credentialing industry for 20 years.  Mrs. Chandler has a B.A. degree from Berry College in Rome, Georgia and received her Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) and Certified Professional Medical Staff Services Management (CPMSM) certifications in 2001 from the National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS).  NAMSS is the preeminent organization for the development of individuals responsible for managing credentialing, privileging, practitioner/provider organizations and regulatory compliance in the diverse healthcare industry.  Mrs. Chandler has served as secretary for the Georgia Association of Medical Staff Services Board. Our goal is to provide a highly reliable service which improves efficiency and reimbursement for physician practices and improves turn-around times on applications and reduces administrative/clerical expenses for healthcare facilities.
