Our President, William Orazi has successfully managed the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of over 100 communities resulting in thousands of single family and multifamily lots including a variety of commercial and industrial sites. Being a key member of a recent start-up division for KB Home as VP of Land, he could not find a qualified consultant to provide this type of single source service. So he decided to start a new company that would fill this void by providing a much-needed service by creating a full service development consulting company. How we derived the name CPU Land Consultants. As he was explaining to is daughter that the company mission would be to act as a central control for other consultants and contractors his daughter immediately said "like a computer CPU right daddy?" So he decided to call the company CPU Land Consultants in honor of his daughters wisdom.. “We understand that time is money and we believe that we are filling a much-needed service by providing a highly experienced single source contact for our clients.
