Jody Davis has a long and varied career history all relating to helping folks in need. Jody began his professional life as a Deputy Sheriff, a position he held for 17 years. He followed this with a tour as an Emergency Medical Technician in Tennessee. Jody earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Education and later worked toward and received his Master’s Degree in Clinical Christian Counseling. Angel and Rebecca have been married for 4 years and have a 3 year old daughter, Zaylee. Angel is a 26 year old plumber who moved to Ocala, FL from The Bronx, New York at the age of 8. Rebecca is a 25 year old stay at home mom, a Florida native from Dunnellon. Rebecca was the assistant house parent last year and truly enjoyed her time with each of the children. When Angel and Rebecca heard the respite parent position was available, they both knew in their hearts that it was something they were meant to do. We are so pleased to welcome them as full time house parents! Travis holds a bachelor’s degree in Cross Cultural Missions/Biblical Studies. Renee has a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and in Cross Cultural Missions/Biblical Studies. The Whitman family spent the past 7 years serving in Paraguay, South America as Ethnos 360 missionaries. CCH’s goal is to provide the stability of a traditional family environment; thereby, hopefully ensuring that our children mature into caring, responsible, and productive members of society. At CCH boys and girls are able to begin to heal emotionally, physically, and spiritually all of which are critical steps in the creation of healthy children. We welcome and actively seek the support of our community and its leaders. As advocates for our children, we are dedicated to continuing to care for every child and family who is in need of our services.
