A key element of each investment we make in existing companies is the creation of a partnership between Covelli Capital and a company’s management team. Covelli Capital’s goal is to align itself with, talented and highly-motivated individuals with strong operating backgrounds. We work in collaboration with management teams in order to support their efforts to realize the long-term potential of their businesses. We only invest in situations where the key operators are significant equity holders in the company. Similar to the management teams and entrepreneurs we partner with, we are committed to long term value creation. We are supported by an effective network of affiliates – present and former industry executives, side-by-side investors in our ventures, and friends of the firm, all who help us maintain a strong operating focus by finding or analyzing potential acquisitions, serving on boards or management teams and contributing industry expertise. Covelli Capital participates actively in the board of directors of each of our portfolio companies and supports management through access to our extensive network of outside resources.
