I have been meaning to write this review for a while now but I’ve been like everyone else very busy. I finally decided to give credit where credit is due. About a year ago I was looking for a new AC and spoke to four different companies because I really wanted to make sure I did it right this time (my last air conditioning unit just would not get the place cool enough and one room in particular was not cool.) I decided to go with Cousins Air because they made a lot of sense. They came out to my house, evaluated everything and then told me exactly what I needed to do. They explained the concept of intake and supply. They seem to have a passion for what they were doing and they told me this is what I would do in my home and sincerely meant it. They truly wanted to please me and address all of my concerns. Well I truly want to thank you guys because here we are almost a year later and I am still excited about this Carrier two speed AC unit. That was a great recommendation, this thing is like a Learjet, it’s so quiet and smooth! I am not even sure that it’s on sometimes, it seems to regulate the temperature very well. I don’t go through this I’m hot I’m cold I’m hot I’m cold anymore. It also seems to cut back on the humidity and therefore I can keep it at a little higher temperature and still feel cool. And what’s really amazing my AC bill went down on average about $180 a month. So if you calculate it that’s $2,160 per year times 4 years (which this unit will last a lot longer than that) equals $8,640. So really when you think about it it’s like I got a new system for free with the extra duct work and an infinity air purifier, and I’m saving money after the fourth year on. I also love the infinity air purifier I think every home should have one, the air in here is so clean and this is what we breathe most of the time, it is so well worth the investment! To think that in a non-emergency situation it took less than a week from my initial call to having our new A/C installed, we are amazed. The craftsmanship of your technicians was top notch, the new system is situated and installed beautifully and they even did some work that was not in the scope because they did not want to do a sub par job.
