began operations in Florida in 2000 as a full service, State Certified Roofing Company, concentrating mainly in the commercial industry. Prior to 2000, we were a union company based in Philadelphia, also operating in New Jersey, New York and the northeast as a roofing and general contractor.  , a service disabled veteran, recently finished his 6 year tour as a United States Navy Rescue Swimmer in December,2010. Chaz has taken over sole control of Cotugno Contracting and is looking forward to the change from military to the construction industry. Chaz is Rock’s son and grew up helping his father in the construction industry since he was 13 years old. Chaz recently received his Associates Degree in Business and is currently working on his Bachelors between construction contracts. Cotugno Contracting is Charles “ROCKY” Cotugno . Rocky started his construction company in Philadelphia, Pa. and now holds State of Florida Certified General and Roofing Licenses.  After spending time building relationships with large engineering and architectural firms, he was offered the position to supervise and consult on high profile federal, state, institutional and medical projects throughout the United States.  Being on these projects daily provided him the ability to see the caliber of contractors who were doing work on federal projects. Since 2009, Cotugno Contracting Cotugno Contracting, LLC is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business who specializes in Federal, State, Institutional and Medical contracting projects. Although our corporate headquarters are located in Cape Coral, Fl., we have the ability to mobilize nationally within 24 hours. This ability enables Cotugno Contracting Being an “Open Shop”, we are able to contract in union and non-union demographics and acquire experienced contractors locally wherever the necessity. Having the opportunity to supervise high profile projects throughout the United States for the past 5 years, it provided us the knowledge to utilize in choosing the most compatible sub-contractors needed to fulfill the client’s needs.
