Doug Williams focuses on driving value for clients through continual advancements in solutions to the market and the internal capabilities of the organizations he’s led. He was CEO of iHealth Technologies when it was founded in 2001 and now carries on his leadership at the helm of Cotiviti. Doug also held strategic positions at Magellan Specialty Health, Vivra and CIGNA Healthcare. Cotiviti is an investment in the future we share with our clients. Brad Ferguson joined Cotiviti in 2017 after holding senior operational and finance roles at EarthLink, Inc. Brad brings to Cotiviti more than 25 years of leadership in finance and corporate development, with an extensive background in financial planning and operations, management and strategy. As Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Managing Director, Consumer & Small Business for EarthLink, Inc. (prior to its acquisition in early 2017), he led all merger and acquisition efforts. Prior to that, Brad served as EarthLink’s Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for six years, and in various other senior financial positions. He began his career as an accountant with Arthur Anderson, LLP and holds a degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia, an MBA from Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Cotiviti has a strong corporate culture focused on driving value for our clients through ever-evolving analytical solutions. I am excited to be part of the Cotiviti team, and to help lead the Company as we continue to build on our momentum and leadership in the industry. Steve is a leading expert in information security, building his 18-year career at some of the world’s most security-driven enterprises and organizations. This included advising the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where he provided assistance to the Secretary and the rest of the department as an appointed member of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC). Before joining Cotiviti in 2017, Steve implemented successful strategic security programs at E*TRADE, Wells-Fargo, Lockheed Martin, Adobe Systems, and Microsoft Corporation. Prior to that, he served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps as an Officer in Communication Information System & Signal Intelligence roles. Steve is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).
