I just wanted to take a moment today and let you know what a wonderful partner Corporate Art Trends has been to us at Florida Hospital Office of Design & Construction. We have worked on many projects with Wendy and her team and every time they have and exceeded our expectations when it comes to service. They have been great partners in providing a very high quality installation at a great cost savings to our projects. They consistently provide a superior product with cost savings of 40% less than the competitors. There are so many versatile products that they offer to fit every art need for our end users we always get what we envision. I am very grateful that Corporate Art Trends is on our preferred vendor list and I would be happy to provide a reference. I have worked with Wendy on a number of projects and she is very easy to work with. She is very customer oriented and is always very positive. She works with a tough crowd in my offices. We are trying to please physicians (and their wives ), which is never easy. She always has a pleasant attitude with me and anyone I ask her to meet with. I would like to take this time to let you know how great of an asset Wendy is to us here at Florida Hospital. She has accommodated us with our project budget and schedule. Always willing to help us accomplish and complete our projects with the level of expectation that we meet. Working with the clients to acquire the message they are looking to create through the artwork and always thinking about our healing environment. Wendy understands what Florida Hospital’s mission and purpose is to our community. Construction renovations are always challenging in a clinical environment, especially when the constant noise, vibration and area disruptions occur on an Oncology Unit. Within weeks of completing this daunting task, I was faced with having to replace an Art Vendor that was unable to meet our project timeline. I was introduced to Corporate Art Trends by a colleague who was very pleased with the high quality art and excellent customer service provided. Upon my request, Wendy Mauch and her team stepped up to the challenge and delivered a gorgeous art package that met with the approval of our Administrators, Physicians, Nurses and Patients alike! Wendy is very sensitive to our specific needs and consistently delivers beyond expectations, she is a talented individual who partners with our Mission. I highly recommend Corporate Art Systems for your next project. Both her personal and professional approach to her business is what stuck out to me the most. Both projects went off without a hitch, from the initial selection process all the way through the delivery and installation. Not to mention, the artwork is excellent quality. Absolutely beautiful! I would recommend Wendy and her company to anyone!! Wendy works as a liaison between the art vendor and the end user. She digests the information necessary to create a successful project and help guide the project from both perspectives, the vendor’s and the end user’s. Wendy works to meet the needs regarding the style of art requested, the budget constraints and installation time frame. She coordinates the production and assist with the complete follow-thru of the installation. She also follow-ups on the project to assure all goals have been met. With her work, she is able to establish relationships that also help to promote your vendors company and better understand the needs of the client through the personal understanding that could not be established by phone calls or emails. Wendy is the hand that help guide the project from beginning to end. To put into words to explain to everyone why I enjoy working with Wendy, she is personable, sweet and kind, which goes a long way in business I believe? Wendy knows art and does it very well, I send her ideas and she knows exactly what I am looking for and make my job easier! It comes across how much Wendy loves what she does and enjoys it which in turn makes me more enthusiastic about the project as well, which in turn helps me present the artwork better in front of the client (that happened with Brandon Regional!). Not only is she a great resource for art and I do not have to explain myself multiple times to convey what I am looking for or what I am trying to achieve, but she is very responsive, always reply back immediately, and has great customer service skills. Wendy is extremely passionate about what she does and it shows in her work ethic as well as her attitude. She always offers up alternative solutions and when you find new products she is quick to share what she has learned. Wendy is completely honest and in turn appreciates it when I am honest and does get offended or frustrated. She love challenges and always has a positive attitude and it is refreshing working with her on many levels. Wendy’s understanding of the healthcare industry and the importance art plays in the role of healing is a very valuable attribute she possesses. She offers great prices on her services and art but is never willing to sacrifice the quality that comes along with it because she stands behind her name and her company. I feel confident knowing that Wendy will take great care of any client I may introduce her to as well as the project when it comes time for the install. I could go on and on but I hope this helps or give you a better idea of why I love working with Wendy. I think of her as a friend as well and am more than happy to share these thoughts with everyone. Wendy has great overall customer service persona and really listens to her customers’ needs to make affordable and aesthetically appealing selections both with the art piece itself as well as the accompanying matting and framing materials. She has great attention to detail and follow through which makes a huge difference in this realm of work.
