Corporacion RH, LLC was incorporated on July 25, 2014 under the laws of the State of Florida. Ms. Maria Roldan, a Spanish national, holds a 60% ownership interest in Corporacion RH, LLC, while Amad Naffah owns the remaining 40%. Corporacion RH will specialize in the purchase and export of goods, parts and equipment to a wide variety of clients in Latin America. Mission Corporacion RH, LLC's mission is to be the premier specialty exporter and distributor of a wide variety of goods for a wide range of industries, facilitating trade between the United States and Venezuela. To accomplish this mission Corporacion RH plans to work with domestic U.S. suppliers and manufacturers that are seeking reliable access to Venezuelan retailers, manufacturers and agricultural producers. At the same time, Corporacion RH will serve Venezuelan customers by providing value, quality and selection. Corporacion RH will work closely with clients to discover mutually rewarding import/export opportunities while providing personalized service in obtaining, trading, and delivering items on budget and on time. As a diversified exporter and distributor of machinery, equipment, parts, and supplies, Corporacion RH, LLC has established the following objectives for the success of the Company: Develop a strong distribution relationship and meet the particular needs of their clients for specific products.
