The CORE360 WELLNESS Team Dr. Herrberg draws from over 30 years experience in emergency and orthopedic medicine to help guide his patients to make the best decisions regarding their health care. Dr. Herrberg’s passion for leading a healthy and active lifestyle involving both golf and tennis has let him explore complimentary healthcare options for chronic orthopedic issues. Recently becoming certified by the Titleist Performance Institute, the leader in golf fitness and education. Dr. Herrberg, being on the front lines of orthopedic medicine on a daily basis, brings a unique perspective of the long term orthopedic effects of faulty posture and biomechanics and is an invaluable resource in our program development. TPI golf fitness screenings are available at Core360 Wellness 239-325-9082. In 2000, she received certification in Reflexology from The International Institute of Reflexology. In addition to her accomplishments as a massage therapist, Nikki ran a successful farming business in Africa with her husband before relocating to the United States. She was then required to rectify and graduated in 2010 from Bonita Springs School of Massage where she focused on therapeutic massage, reflexology and hydrotherapy. In 2013 she became certified in Medical Massage and continues her commitment to excel in therapeutic bodywork recently completing coursework in Myoskeletal Alignment. He uses many different training techniques to help his clients get the most benefit from their training. Working with some excellent sports physical therapists has given him an added insight in helping clients with various issues. In addition he has also worked with athletes to improve their strength and correct any muscle imbalances. “Core strength is just one of my primary focuses. Training hard but at the same time making it fun and challenging. Training smart today will effect how you live in the future”. I’ve studied various disciplines involving spirit, mind and body to share with my clients and make a true and lasting difference in their lives. Most clients’ professional and personal lives are often intertwined and this tends to go unacknowledged but I firmly believe that the spirit affects the mind and the body. I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their fitness goals and am constantly furthering my education to provide my clients with cutting edge, fun, and challenging new routines that engage both the mind and body. It’s all about choosing the right exercises, knowing how to progress them and making sure you perform them with good technique and posture. Janet!!!
