As of 2018, The Allen Morris Company and The Related Group, along with a world class team, has been recommended by the City’s Evaluation Committee to develop CORAL GABLES CITY CENTER , a transformational, mixed used project which looks to the future of the City of Coral Gables and its business district. The project includes premier office space, and activated ground floor retail that transitions to Miracle Mile through European style paseos. Most importantly, we have designed significant public benefits that include: a smart parking guidance system for downtown Coral Gables, ample public parking for Miracle Mile, a sky park and café open to the public. Our goal is to help create a vibrant walkable downtown for Coral Gables where its residents can truly live, work and play.
