The combination of sales, marketing, technical experience and business ownership in their backgrounds made copy writing a logical choice. Margaret Hooper has been active in the business community for many years. She began her career in Customer and Sales service management, which included training and mentoring for new Service Center personnel. Seeing the future in computers, she attended Control Data Institute, graduating in programming and design. As the Operations and Systems Manager of an advertising agency she also developed training and support materials for all divisions of the company and assisted in Human Resource related activities, which included hiring policies, incentive programs and motivational training programs. She founded Computer Guidance LTD, a computer support and training company which documented and supplied the training for in house computer programs, software packages, and disaster recovery programs for both large and small firms in service and manufacturing industries. Her clients included, American National Can, GATX, Motorola, the City of Chicago, and Diebold. His skills allow him to know what business customers are looking for and the proper way to approach and develop rapport with them through the written word.
