CopyScan does not provide medical records retrieval services for individuals not represented by an attorney. If your attorney needs your records in conjunction with a subpoena, we are happy to work with the law firm that is representing you. Otherwise medical record scanning is only done when we are contracted to do so directly for medical offices.
