Originally a Southern California native, Bernii attended Eastern Oregon University where she earned a Business Administration degree in Marketing, with an additional emphasis in Human Resource Management / Training and Development. She remains an active member of Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. In 2003 Carol received her real estate license and began working as a real estate assistant for two top-selling real estate agents in the Sarasota area. In that role she actively participated in hundreds of real estate deals. This hands-on involvement gave her years of experience and knowledge which allowed for a seamless transition to selling real estate on her own. She joined Coppola Realty Group in 2014 and currently works with buyers and sellers from all price ranges. She is extremely detail-oriented and a true people person.
