Conway Company helped Chatfield College prepare for its first capital campaign. Throughout the campaign, from the feasibility study to foundation research, each member of the consulting team was knowledgeable, helpful and worked well with the colleges’ staff and volunteers. We raised nearly $4,000,000, well over our goal. Tom Conway and his consulting team provided the necessary strategies and services for the Miracle Field & Playground campaign to succeed. The study brought to light the need to expand donor awareness of the retirement center’s case for support and to further cultivate selected families before engaging in a capital campaign. After completing the study, the firm guided us through some difficult parts of the campaign, recommending mid-course adjustments that helped us achieve both our financial and organizational goals.
