EVP of Analytics & Business Solutions One of the founding partners of CCG, Dan is Executive Vice President of Enterprise Business Intelligence and Analytics (EBI) responsible for directing and aligning the strategic and tactical delivery of the EBI Practice across all channels. He has extensive experience in business intelligence solutions including enterprise architecture, operational reporting, performance management, mobile analytics, advanced visualizations and analytic strategy. He also heads the company’s solution channel to develop and grow CCG’s expertise in line of business solutions, and to find ways to consistently deliver innovative offerings that bring rapid customer ROI. As CCG’s Executive Vice President of Operations, Sam is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction and ensuring sustainable, long-term growth. He actively oversees all areas of the company’s operations, including recruiting, human resources and organizational operations. A proud veteran of the United States Army, Sam brings a passionate and disciplined leadership style that helps to inspire and motivate the CCG team to excel. Under Sam’s leadership, CCG has achieved more than 30% growth annually, setting the standard for internal operations, professional development and client delivery. EVP of Business Development Brian is a passionate, customer service oriented leader for CCG. As a Partner, Owner and Executive Vice President of Business Development, Brian defines the company’s strategy for sales and growth. By leveraging over 20 years of experience in the industry, he has built a respected brand, developed a powerful sales and marketing engine, and advanced CCG by over 250% over the course of three years. Brian focuses on helping organizations use business intelligence, data and analytics to innovate, act and thrive. He is also responsible for the identification and development of CCG’s channel relationships. Dan Phelps Dan is Executive Vice President of CCG’s Enterprise Information Management (EIM) practice and a founding partner of the company. He specializes in data management solutions, including data warehouse design, data integration, data governance and master data management. As a thought leader in the information management space, he helps customers transform disparate data silos into powerful enterprise information assets. Dan empowers his clients to achieve remarkable results by focusing technology efforts and investments to align with business goals. CCG started with five consultants, all with Big-Five consulting experience, who bonded while working together on a project for Arthur Anderson. The Enron scandal presented these men with a choice--fold into the acquiring firm of KPMG or risk their careers and take control of their own destiny. Their decision created CCG.
