Paul Cholak is the Principal of Control Your Healthcare Costs, LLC (dba Control Your Healthcare Costs), is an Affiliate Representative for  anywhere in the United States and other small group health care sharing plans using the same 5-tier approach in any of the states in which he is licensed. He guides you through the steps of obtaining membership in the applicable program and is always available to help you both BEFORE and AFTER you've enrolled. Paul can also either enroll you in or refer you to individual healthsharing programs, depending on the specific program provider's requirements. He's a recipient of the prestigious Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award and been listed in Who's Who in America, Who's Who Registry of Business Leaders and Who's Who in Finance and Industry. Early in his career he was identified as one of the Emerging Leaders in America. He's a member of Phi Beta Kappa and other national honorary societies and organizations such as Omicron Delta Kappa.
