All sample materials produced by Contemporary Marketing are held to the high standards set by the manufacturers that we work with. From the initial check upon receipt of materials against established QC samples, to the final sign off by our production manager, all sample materials leaving our facility are thoroughly inspected to make sure they match sample proofs. These sample proofs are established during the initial work with the manufacturer. All equipment in the production area is under 3 years old. Office personnel run the SAP B1 8.82 operating system, which is married to the NWare L.I.S.A. WMS program that controls our warehousing and production operations. This allows CMG to run all of their operations electronically and in real time. Web based ordering system enables the dedicated customer an opportunity to control their purchases with our company, B2B and DTC via this web portal. Our experienced customer service personnel are trained to help with all questions that may arise from our normal business operations.
