Born and raised in Central Florida, Drew Beatty spent his childhood competitively playing baseball and football.  During his senior year in high school he tore his ACL which led to the loss of many Division 1 opportunities for football.  However, even with the tear,  Drew was still awarded a full scholarship for both sports to Ottawa University in Kansas.  He ended up transferring to Lindenwood University in St. Louis, MO where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  With now a total of four ACL injuries, Drew ultimately had to end his playing career.  With his injuries preventing him from a career in the NFL, Drew realized helping young athletes stay safe from injury was becoming his passion.  He continued his studies at University of Texas at Arlingtion and received a Masters in Exercise Physiology.   While earning his Masters he held camps for Highland Park High School in Dallas, TX and helped coach the Football, Baseball, Soccer, Tennis, Swim and Dive teams at Texas Christian University (TCU).  Soon after, Drew was offered an opportunity at Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, GA as a strength and conditioning coach working with Baseball, Volleyball and Cross Country.  After a few years, Drew noticed the demand for Strength Coaches in the area and turned his focus on younger athletes, founding Beatty Strength.  Lia left her career in the magazine world to build Beatty Strength with her husband, Drew.  She has brought her experience in marketing and advertising to the athletics industry.  Lia is the go-to for all sales, marketing, scheduling and day-to-day business operations (better known as The Boss Lady!). Aside from running the company with Drew, you can find her chasing her four  year old son and two year old identical twin daughters!   Our company is growing and we are always looking for motivated Certified Coaches  to help assist with the training of our
