Bill Bledsoe (who is both a presenter and author for Construction Industry Training)  has done it all! In addition to obtaining a degree in marketing, he has been a laborer, a labor foreman, an apprentice carpenter, apprentice electrician, a journeyman electrician, an electrical foreman and is currently CEO of Penco Electrical Contractors, Inc. in Atlanta, GA.  In addition, he has been a principal partner for Triad Construction ,Inc.  A general contracting business.  He has also served as President of the Atlanta Chapter and as the National President of the Independent Electrical Contractors Association.  He was instrumental in writing the present Independent Electrical Contractors Apprenticeship Curriculum.  He has provided many presentations to professional associations, contractors and foremen on topics for success. Jerry Boyd began his electrical career as a warehouse boy. He received his journeyman's license in 1984. He then began running jobs as a superintendent.  In 1990 he started Texas Source One Service Company until he sold it in 1996.  He became an electrical instructor for the National Center For Construction Education.  In march, 2001 Jerry became a presenter for Education  & Success  and now with CIT.  Jerry, currently works as Education & Safety Coordinator for Lin Rogers Electrical Co.
