Dave was working in property management when he recognized the need for a better utility billing solution in the multifamily industry. He founded Conservice in 2000, relying on his HR background to attract a team of talented employees to grow the business. Dave still oversees the daily operations of the company, fostering a unique work environment where employees are encouraged to share their ideas. Dave received a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in human resource management, both from Utah State University. John has been a leader in the multifamily market and is considered one of the experts in utility management. John has been a resource to multifamily executives since 1997 and become their trusted partner in designing and implementing the right program to fit each clients’ specific needs. John remains involved with his clients long after the sale and implementation. After completing his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University, John received a master’s degree in international business from Grand Canyon University. Aimee began working for Conservice in 2003 and currently oversees all utility billing operations within the company. Aimee has overseen the development of a number of utility billing solutions, including quality control enhancements to ensure billing accuracy and timeliness for our clients. Our Military, Campus, and HOA solutions were all also developed under her leadership. Matt is Conservice’s Chief Operating Officer for Utility Services and brings 12 years of industry knowledge, product development, and utility management experience to this role. Utility Services includes SyNERGY, Single Family, OPTIMyZE, and Conservice Energy. Many of Matt’s ideas have become full Conservice offerings, including Conservice Energy and the SyNERGY sales tax audit service, SyNTAX. Matt holds an MBA from Weber State University’s Goddard School of Business and a B.A. from Utah State University. Jerry effectively leads all sales operations for Conservice. With over 17 years of experience, he is one of the most experienced sales associates in the industry. His ability to foster true partnerships allows Conservice to effectively meet and exceed client expectations. Jerry is actively involved with NMHC as well as NAA on the state and national level. Jerry holds an undergraduate degree from Midwestern State University and an MBA from Baker University. With over 12 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Cary is known for his ability to effectively develop and maintain strategic partnerships. He is skilled at developing utility billing and management solutions that meet the specific needs of each management company, and especially the student housing market. He holds both BS and MS degrees in Interdisciplinary Studies from UT Dallas. Greg Cole has been with Conservice since 2003, where he now serves as Chief Accounting Officer. He brings over 12 years of financial and management experience and has been instrumental in creating several custom accounting processes that are used by Conservice. Greg has been involved with various business acquisitions and oversees the financial risk management for our retail electric provider. Greg received an MBA and an accounting degree from Utah State University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Rich has led the IT department at Conservice since 2006, ensuring his team always has the tools and skills necessary to develop and fine-tune customized solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Rich is an industry expert in seamless data integration, allowing the Conservice programs to easily integrate with nearly any property management software. Rich holds a bachelor’s degree in business information systems from Utah State University. Liz began working for Conservice in 2004 and has overseen the development of the Account Management team. Her team ensures our clients’ needs are met to the highest standards while providing the Conservice experience. Liz’s ability to effectively create and foster relationships has helped her manage several key client accounts while in this role. Liz has also played an instrumental role in the development of key client reporting. Kim Macinnes joined the Conservice team in 2012 and has over 13 years of experience in the utility management industry. Her passion for fostering relationships and her and attention to the needs and goals of our clients make her an essential contributor to our team. Kim oversees all sales efforts for the Conservice Student Housing platform. Kevin Hadlock joined Conservice in 2017 as chief financial officer. He brings over 21 years of executive experience in accounting, acquisitions and divestitures, capital markets, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, risk management, taxes, and treasury. Kevin has held leadership positions at General Motors, Morgan Stanley, Constellation Energy, Baltimore Gas and Electric, and most recently Questar. He earned a bachelor’s degree in international finance from Brigham Young University and a master’s of business administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
