Connelly & Company Management LTD. provide property management in Calgary.The company was formed and became active in October 1980. Al and Colleen Connelly own the Company jointly. They started with one building and recall going out to the building in the evenings to turn the garden hoses on. Slowly but surely the company grew. Throughout the years Connelly & Company has managed buildings of all types and sizes in Calgary, Strathmore, High River, Cochrane and even Maui Hawaii. With our over 30 years of experience our company has the ability to manage everything form 4 unit town homes to 400 unit high rise towers with staff and everything in-between. Going forward we plan to bring condo management into the 21st century by introducing Partial + and even more exciting new products that offer better service for our customers. We have wonderful working relationships with these companies . We ensure to pay our trades on time. Because in our world a happy trade means happy customers. And this proved big for us in the flood when our trades put our clients first. At Connelly & Company we strive to be the leading edge for property management companies in Calgary We now have the capability for Webex meetings in our office. All of our property managers are able to host and attend meetings online. We are also able to bring in board members who may be out of town or live out side of the city or whatever reason can’t be in the meeting in person. Talk to your manager today about getting Webex set up for your building. With Eblast we can email the entire ownership for free. We are able to see who opened the email and where. This saves your building time and money as we do not charge for this service. Partial + is our new partial management web based software. The software give our boards the tools to run their building. Connelly & Company is the only property management companies in Calgary with a product like partial plus All of our property managers and staff can be reached by phone or email during regular business hours. As well as our 24 hour emergency service. I was in the board that hired Connelly after some previous troubles with a condo company . It has overall been a good relationship. Connelly has always attended our board meetings and formed minutes etc . Mr.Gray is always well prepared with notices in advance of duties completed since last meeting and what should be done in the near future . Financials and budgeting always well prepared by Connelly staff. When I needed some repairs done in my unit, Bill was very quick to respond and provide advice on service providers that he recommends for work such as plumbing, maintenance, cleaning, etc. for in my unit. Connelly & Company are very knowledgeable about our complex and the history of what has gone well and what needs to be improved or new service providers chosen. I have been very satisfied with the service Connelly & Company has provided for our complex. In multiple contacts with Connolly & Co. over a period of several years, they have provided great customer service, with timely responses, and the information that I required. I am an owner in the building and have always appreciated the respectful and cordial communications with Connelly and Company. I feel very comfortable when seeking information around any issue. I find the tone to be outstanding while constantly striving to offer professional service. Keep up the good work folks Bill recently expeditiously helped me get the marsh beside my unit drained, set me up with a rental stall for my RV, and got the plumbers to re-fix my toilet after it leaked. Thanks, Bill! Great job! Much appreciated. Connelly Management and Brent Hopkins (building manager) have always been prompt to reply to any of my questions or concerns. Something such as getting a new building key, or how to get a new wash card. I appreciate someone whom is always able to help me out – thanks so much keep up the great work! Brent is always very quick to get our issues resolved. At times can be very nit picky but he always rises above and helps us out. A professional condo management company that is well organized and very efficient to resolve any issues that have come up. Connelly and Co. is the fourth management company I have worked with and the only one that I have had a positive relationship with. Our manager is the only one we have had in or 5 year relationship. They are on top of what needs to be done making our job as board members easier. Connelly and company have always kept my building in exceptional shape and are quick to fix issues that arise. They give plenty of notice when work on the interior or exterior need to be done and are respectful if they need to enter the units for a particular reason. All this and the condo fees are still so reasonable! Couldn’t ask for more from a management company. I had a jumbo ant problem this summer. They were all over the front and yard trying to get in my house from all angles basically. These Ants were different sizes and colours. So I had had enough of these large families of tiny insects. I called the condo board to see how they could help me. I two days they brought in a very reliable exterminator who got rid of them all. I was very impressed by the quick response and great results.
