Whatever the topic of expertise, Liz’s work places focus on community building and resource sharing to help an organization and an individual meet their mission. To read Liz's full bio, The simplest definition of connectivity is the state or extent of being interconnected. At CCC, we believe that in order for any consulting relationship to be successful, consultant and agency alike must be connected with each other and to their community in personalized, meaningful ways. In all that we do, we promote this by sharing our own resources, empowering and encouraging clients to connect with others in the community doing similar work. Truly, we believe "the rising tide lifts all boats". In short, we believe a connected community is an empowered community. In this ever-changing world of social media and virtual "connections" it is easy to lose sight that a community is founded on and thrives because of the hard work and relationships of the people within it. We are honored to operate out of the Tampa Bay community, which hosts a "small world" of nonprofit agencies working diligently to promote our local region.  Serving as consultants, we are able to act as an independent third party and offer an outsider's perspective on whatever opportunity or obstacle an agency faces. We recognize that the true experts on a nonprofit are often the board and staff and we thrive through the collaborative learning experience consultancy offers. We enjoy working together with clients to address the tough questions that may help find the right answers for those committed to the nonprofit sector. Who We Are We treat every project with great attention to detail and dedication to mission empowerment. Because of our many years of experience in the nonprofit sector, we are able to look at projects through the various lens of nonprofit stakeholders (that is - as a board member, staff, volunteer A Small Company with a Big Heart We are a small company with a big heart, and as such, respond to client needs with compassion, real-time flexibility and consummate thoroughness. We are a caring company who believes in promoting a connected community, one where an open flow of ideas and sharing of expertise occurs across business sector lines. Our favorite part of the consulting experience is asking the "dumb" questions to help generate the smart answers.  The CCC proposal process includes two-way discussions regarding all project goals, pricing, participant expectations and agency capacity via a Scope of Work. Pricing structures are developed on a per project basis and proposal objectives are often amended to meet specific client needs. If all details of the Scope of Work meet with Client and Consultant approval, a Letter of Agreement is signed and provided to both parties.  At CCC, we are committed to ensuring that our clients have the best consultant experience possible. This includes the opportunity to partake in ongoing support in the way of follow-up consultations (in-person or phone), email support and/or coaching sessions with project stakeholders. Clients have the ability to choose a format that works best for them to ensure the sustainability of project efforts. Our President and Lead Consultant, Liz Wooten Reschke, is a proud member of Nonprofit Consultants Connection, an organization she helped found with the help of numerous peer consultants in the Tampa Bay area.  Nonprofit Consultants Connection is a membership organization that promotes excellence in the field of nonprofit consulting. They serve as a resource for organizations looking for qualified, ethical nonprofit consultants to help with a wide range of needs. Member consultants have agreed to follow a code of ethics and express a commitment to ongoing training to help them maintain the highest professional standards.  Mission The mission of the Moses House is to create and provide community-based cultural and educational programs and activities for children and youth from low-income families; to support and conduct non-partisan research, education, and informational activities to increase public awareness of the poor, distressed, and underprivileged; to defend human rights and civil rights secured by law; to strive for the elimination of prejudice and discrimination; to advance social justice education; and to combat community deterioration, juvenile delinquency, and the criminalization of children and youth. Taft offered art and gardening classes there from his home and yard on East Skagway Avenue until the summer of 2007 when he became too ill to lead the classes. At that point, the Richardsons appointed Lance Arney, a doctoral student at the University of South Florida, as Executive Director of the Moses House. Taft Richardson passed away in November of 2008, but his vision, spirituality, philosophy, and social activism continue to inspire the work of the Moses House. Over the last two and a half years, Lance has been working closely with Harold Richardson, President of the Moses House and dedicated community leader and elder, to help revitalize the organization after Taft’s passing. During this time, the Moses House has also expanded its programming and built collaborative relationships with a variety of supportive community partners.
