However, Conley Group is a totally independent consulting firm with no alliances or connections that might jeopardize the integrity of our client service relationships. I just wanted to say that I thought your roofing presentation yesterday was excellent, and I think that the management personnel that were present were very impressed with the level of detail and thoroughness that was shown. Your ability to present the findings, explain the solutions, provide cost data, and answer any questions that were asked was spot on. I would like to express my appreciation for the construction management and inspection services that were rendered for the subject project by your firm. Management of the construction phase performed by Mr. Ken Paar was of high quality as result of his personal commitment to quality. Mr. Paar and his commitment toward performing quality services resulted in a highly successful project. By keeping fully updated as the construction progressed and implementing appropriate actions to resolve potential problems, the construction progressed and was completed with minimal, if any delay. In addition, keeping the building’s management and maintenance personnel fully informed of the contractor’s actions, progress, and problems resulted in appreciation and satisfaction by all personnel involved… I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding services that were provided by Conley Group during the subject project. Your personnel’s thorough commitment, both professionally and personally, were directly responsible towards making the project highly successful… As problems arose at the site your site manager would investigate the situation and provide accurate recommendations to possibly resolve them. As result, all parties involved with GSA were kept fully updated and as problems arose they were kept minimal and resolved promptly and economically… Please let me take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the good work your company provided on the Monroe Re-roof Project.
