Jason Woods joined SAP Concur in 2011, and was named Chief Financial Officer in 2017. As SAP Concur’s CFO, Woods applies his passion for unleashing the power of people to drive profitable business growth. His previous roles at SAP Concur include VP, Treasurer and VP, Accounting and Finance. Jason has over 20 years of broad finance experience across several industries. Prior to joining SAP Concur, Jason held various leadership roles in treasury, international finance, and investment management. Mr. Lucier’s passion for driving sustainable organizational growth is supported by his commitment to customer-driven centricity – connecting SAP Concur goals with customer needs. Jim was appointed Chief Revenue Officer, North America, in January 2017, while maintaining previous responsibilities as Chief Services Officer. In his role as Chief Revenue Officer, Jim is responsible for leading Enterprise and SMN markets in the United States and Canada and Global Operations for the SAP Concur Distribution organization. As Chief Services Officer, Jim oversees the Services, Support and Customer Experience teams, who are focused on securing trust and advocacy with SAP Concur customers. Jim’s journey with SAP Concur began in 2008 as SVP, and in 2011 he became General Manager for the Federal Government Business Unit. Jim’s previous industry experience included senior leadership positions at JPMorgan Chase, Xign, Etensity and Gnossos Software. Chief Product Officer As Chief Product Officer, Mr. MacDonald oversees product strategy, management, roadmaps and partner integrations for SAP Concur’s entire product portfolio: Expense, Invoice, Analytics, Mobile, Platform and the travel product suite including SAP Concur Travel, Request, Locate, TripLink, TripIt and Hipmunk. He has over 20 years of product management and general management executive experience across a variety of technology industries. He joined SAP Concur in 2012 as Executive Vice President to lead SAP Concur’s platform strategy which now includes nearly 200 App Center partners and over 30 of the largest air, hotel and car rental brands in the world. Prior to joining SAP Concur, Mr. MacDonald served in several executive roles at Expedia, Inc. including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Expedia.com where he led Expedia’s largest region while also leading the global product management function for Expedia Worldwide. He served as Chairman and President of Classic Vacations and as Vice President of Product Management at Hotwire, where he helped the company grow from an early stage startup to a $2Bn growth engine for Expedia. Previously, he led C-level strategy consulting engagements at Booz Allen & Hamilton for clients such as E*TRADE, Lucent Technologies, and LucasFilms. Christy Marble was named CMO of SAP Concur in 2017. Her multi-national teams lead omni-channel product marketing, digital, brand, communications, demand generation and market-expansion strategies. Since joining SAP Concur in 2013 as vice president of Enterprise Americas Marketing and progressing to senior vice president of Global Product and Distribution Marketing, Ms. Marble has been instrumental in the company’s rapid demand growth and market expansion. For more than 20 years she held B2B and B2C growth and revenue marketing leadership roles across the technology, financial services, SaaS and marketing services industries. Prior to joining SAP Concur, she was head of marketing at Vertafore, launching the company’s first cloud solutions. As vice president of brand and consumer marketing at Sallie Mae she oversaw the integration of acquired brands including Upromise, and grew the consumer brand to a $1B portfolio. Previously she led partner marketing, production and services at internet marketing and online couponing pioneer E-centives, and held numerous marketing, strategy and management roles at Claritas, a database marketing software and segmentation company. Ms. Kumar was appointed VP of Human Resources in May 2017. She joined SAP Concur in 2011 as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting the Technology and Operations organization. In October 2015, she became Director of Global Talent Management where she supported the IT, Product and Customer organizations. Seema’s passion for organizational design, coupled with her focus on talent development and business strategy has made her instrumental in the evolution of SAP Concur as they have grown to over 7,000 employees. Prior to SAP Concur, Ms. Kumar spent 12 years in various HR roles with Merrill Lynch, Drugstore.com and Mutual Materials. She has a master’s degree in Psychology and Human Resources Management.
