Tony Lourakis is the co-founder and CEO of Fleet Complete, one of the fastest growing global technology companies. His excellent leadership skills, along with his in-depth knowledge of software design, have been instrumental to Fleet Complete’s current position as the global IoT industry leader. Tony had the makings of an entrepreneur from the onset of his career and, during his college years, he founded a first level systems support house and IT solutions provider, Canlogic Solutions. In 1998, Tony identified the opportunity to develop a software solution for the courier industry and teamed up with Andrew Merisanu to create Courier Complete, the genesis to what is today Fleet Complete. Jai is a former strategy consultant with McKinsey & Company, where he served clients in areas of corporate strategy, technology and cross-border alliances. He is also a former senior executive at Syntel, a software services firm in Michigan and the co-founder of Quinnox, an application outsourcing firm. He has extensive governance experience and is currently a board director and chairman on various public and private corporate boards, including TAL International, the worldwide market leader in global ocean shipping container leasing, and MMM Group, a leading Canadian engineering services firm. Doug Grissom is a Managing Director on the Madison Dearborn Partners Business & Government Services team. Day & Ross Dedicated Logistics went from a small Canadian company in 1994, dealing with automotive freight, to a large private fleet carrier, covering operation within Canada and between Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. Working in various verticals, the automotive dominates with deliveries to over 2000 dealers.
