Harry has been responsible for nationwide marketing and development of over 2,000,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial properties over the past 25 years including projects for his own companies, ComNet Realty and Advantage Properties and for other prominent regional developers such as The Adler Group, Minto Builders and Jack Lupo Realty. Mr. Zuker possesses an M.B.A. and B.B.A. from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. He has been a licensed real estate broker in the State of Florida since 1981. He is a development member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the Commercial Realtors Society of Palm Beach County, a trustee of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce and a Director of the Florida Business Development Corporation (CDC). Henry, with 22 years experience in the Palm Beach/Broward commercial real estate market, was responsible for over $17.5 million sales and leasing over the last four years. In addition to a BA from American University and MA in Psychology from University of North Florida, Gluckstern holds active CAM and mortgage brokerage licenses in the State of Florida. Mr. Gluckstern specializes in sales and leasing of commercial properties throughout South Florida with emphasis on medical facilities, office properties and statewide retail tenant representation. ComNet Realty provides brokerage and development services to clients nationwide. Arnold has been active in sales and leasing of industrial real estate since 1973. Formerly concentrating in the New York market under his firm Action Properties, Inc., Arnold relocated part-time to South Florida in 1991 and finally full time in 2003. He prides himself on performing research daily that enables him to maintainsa database of available industrial properties throughout Broward and Palm Beach counties. Arnold is a graduate of Columbia University School of Business and a moderator of current events forums at several venues including Country Club communities in Boca Raton and Lynn University. Randy is responsible for relocation, site selection and tenant representation for industrial facility users in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Randy’s background in sales and management at sales, retail and distribution companies benefit him in understanding the needs and requirements of industrial real estate users, enabling him to locate the best solutions for their businesses. Randy attended Temple University before relocating to South Florida in 1981. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Society of Palm Beach County and a licensed Florida Real Estate Salesman. Bonnie Anthony brings expertise and continued enthusiasm in the areas of commercial real estate leasing and sales to the professional ComNet Realty team. As an active commercial real estate specialist, since January, 2000, Bonnie has represented Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate, including: Retail, office, industrial, land, multi-unit properties, in Southeast Florida. Bonnie has great respect for all of her customers, working diligently and honestly with each one, while putting forth every possible effort to provide viable details, current information (including lease rates, property pricing, comparables, investment analysis), commercial market trends and developments, financial and economic requirements and, most importantly, representing and understanding each customer’s specified criteria to achieve successful, timely and positive results. After working as a certified financial planner with John Hancock for over 10 years, specializing in the business arena in New York, Stephen has relocated his family to south Florida. With his business background he has made an easy transition in helping business owners to find the right property for their needs. He is active in sales and leasing of industrial properties in Broward and Palm Beach counties. Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Denver and is a licensed Florida Real Estate Agent. Mr. Chambers is responsible for the architecture, design and planning aspects of ComNet Realty, Inc. through an affiliated firm KCA Design Group, Inc. Mr. Chambers has over 18 years experience practicing architecture with primary emphasis in creating retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, warehouses, shopping centers, specialize food markets, and sporting facilities. Mr. Chambers is a graduate of the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida, with a Bachelor’s Degrees in Architecture and Civil Engineering. He also has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. Mr. Chambers is a NCARB certificate holder allowing him to practice architecture nationwide and is also a licensed E.I. Engineer and Building Contractor in the State of Florida. Chris has 6 years accounting experience and 4 years of experience in accounting and financial management for commercial real estate. He is responsible for all accounting functions, general office management, and assists with property management. He has earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Accounting and a Master Degree in Business Administration.
