Together with Garris, a specialist in federal funding management for the Healthcare Connect Fund and E-Rate Programs, they support financial strategies for healthcare facilities. Additionally, the team includes Christine Guertin, VP of Practice Accounts, who integrates her expertise in health informatics to optimize MyHealthStory implementations, supporting providers both in patient care and data security. The consortium also offers innovative solutions like MyHealthStory Direct Messaging, which securely facilitates communication between patients and healthcare professionals.
