Communicare Michigan, LLC is a comprehensive rehabilitation program dedicated to serving individuals with traumatic brain injury (TBI) and other cognitive impairments through outpatient, residential, and community-based rehabilitation services. Communication Michigan offers Home and Community-Based Rehabilitation programs that include supportive services enabling participants to live independently within or near established Clubhouse sites. For those unable to secure housing through third parties, Communicare provides its own apartment complex near Utica. Additionally, in-home attendant care is a service option offering dignified living within comfort of personal homes. Members have opportunities to engage in work skills during regular business hours across various job roles, further supporting their pathways toward independent community living and employment readiness. Established offices extend from Michigan into Florida with strategic locations such as Palm Harbor, allowing for diversified service availability.
