Jim Clark is the founder of CommandScape In 1982, Clark, along with others, formed Silicon Graphics, which later acquired MIPS, Inc. Silicon Graphics soon became the world leader in the production of Hollywood movie visual effects and 3-D imaging. Clark and Marc Andreessen founded Netscape in 1994. The founding of Netscape was a pivotal point that helped launch the Internet IPO boom on Wall Street during the mid to late 1990s. Clark later founded Healtheon, with the idea of streamlining the insurance hassles and paperwork associated with the healthcare industry. Clark later merged Healtheon with WebMD. In 1999, Clark founded Shutterfly, Inc., an Internet company providing digital photo printing services. Clark went on to launch , a company formed to help wealthy individuals manage their fortunes. Thomas Jermoluk (TJ) is a key investor and sits on the board of CommandScape . TJ’s focus is leading strategic partnerships and business development initiatives. He’s also the Founder and Managing Partner for Helix Ventures. TJ served as President at Silicon Graphics with Jim Clark from 1986-1996. TJ then founded At Home Network, for which he served as Chairman and CEO until 2000 and created the broadband cable modem for Internet business. During this time, TJ sat on the board of many of Jim Clark’s ventures like Shutterfly, WebMD and MyCFO. Marcus Müller is the Vice-President of Hardware Engineering for Commandscape.  He is responsible for all design, development production of innovative CommandScape hardware and firmware.  Prior to Commandscape, Marcus held several leadership roles in IT Network Consulting, Enterprise Software Development, and Sales of IT products.  Over the past 25 years Marcus lead teams for several companies including AT&T, and numerous software engineering firms. In 2005, Marcus started a successful company, IRTrans. IRTrans is the leader in providing IP based remote control solutions for Home, Industry Scot Hulshizer is the Vice President of Customer Development at CommandScape CommandScape's Previously, Scot led the Remote Patient Monitoring business for ADT Health, and prior to that led business development and strategic partnerships for ADT. Scot has also held a number of executive roles with AT&T, where he built and oversaw national sales for retail and indirect e-commerce distribution. Andy Cross is the Vice President of National Sales for CommandScape . Previously, he served as President and CEO at Jacaro Services Corporation, a business development firm that helps customers define security and business productivity needs, configure the right applications and facilitate a single platform to streamline operations. Andy has led several companies in the past, including acting as President of YouGov America and CEO & Founder of Clear Horizons, a high-end insight firm that served clients like Motorola, Match.com, Johnson & Johnson and others. Clear Horizons was a spin off from Rosetta Marketing Strategies, where Andy served as SVP of Technology from 1999-2003. Andy’s past business ventures include President & CEO at Franklin Electronic Publishers and Executive VP Sales & Marketing at Nabisco Foods Group. Andy holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from Colgate University. Steve Ayala is the Vice President of Technology and Engineering at CommandScape. He’s responsible for defining and executing the strategic direction of Technology, IT, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Project Management and Product Development.  Steve fosters security, and innovation in the on-going development and delivery of the CommandScape Suite to ensure customers are receiving best-in-class building management functionality. and operations in the human capital management and financial supply chain spaces for Fortune 500 companies and International organizations.   He led several companies through successful M&A by creating high company valuation due to the creation of highly productive and well-built technology solutions and organizations.  Steve is an expert in Agile/Lean Development frameworks and is a Certified ScrumMaster, giving him the ability to focus on users' needs while simultaneously improving development processes. Michael Clark is a Senior Director of Software Engineering at CommandScape. He’s responsible for defining, designing and implementing all aspects of a CommandScape software system.  Michael leads teams of developers to implement large-scale software systems. He mentors new hires and helps navigate teams around technological challenges. Prior to working at CommandScape, Michael was an early silicon graphics engineer, a Senior Software Engineer at the University of Utah, PartNet, Inc. and the developer and author of the Discover Science website. In addition to this, he Tim Perrott is the Chief Financial Officer for Commandscape. He is responsible for all aspects of finance, treasury, capital markets, investor relations as well as Commandscape’s financial strategy to help grow its business operations and drive shareholder value. Prior to Commandscape, Tim has held several leadership roles in finance, operations, and investor relations over the past 25 years, including Vice President of finance and investor relations for ADT, a Fortune 500 company and leading security services firm. Prior to that role, he was Vice President of finance, IR and corporate communications for Nextel International (NII Holdings), overseeing financial operations and spearheading all external communications. His efforts helped the company grow from start-up operation into the fastest growing wireless company in the world and one of the top performing stocks on the Nasdaq. Prior experience also includes leading certain financial operations and IR for Southern Company, one of the largest energy companies in the U.S., as well for a number of early stage companies. Tim earned his Masters in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelors of Electrical Engineering from Auburn University
