During his career, Brant has worked in many aspects of lending: Consumer Finance, Retail Mortgage Lending, and TPO (wholesale and correspondent channels). He has managed all aspects of lending from company formation to systems to origination through investor delivery and servicing. Brant has a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree from UOP and has several industry licenses. Additionally, she has worked as a Junior Underwriter purchasing loans from various mortgage origination companies. Kristy has a real passion for the mortgage industry and can’t imagine doing anything different. Tim is a retired veteran of the United States Army and a graduate from the University of Southern California with a degree in Business Management. Began his lending career in 2001 as an Account Executive in the Wholesale Mortgage Industry. During this time, John established key relationships with top home-builders in the community that resulted in exceptional growth and award-winning success. John’s experience is well rounded as he went on to develop invaluable skills within the technology sector and would later apply them to building his own residential Real Estate business. Being a part of Team Colten is allowing John the opportunity to utilize his background and experience to help their clients achieve their real estate goals. Allison started in the mortgage business in 1993 and has held a number of positions within mortgage operations. She is a Colorado native and grew up in South Denver near Wash Park. Allison enjoys spending her free time outdoors enjoying volleyball, camping, fishing, hiking and grilling anything and everything.
