Cocoflake is a family owned company dedicated to providing consumers with authentic Jamaican pastries. From our location in Miami, Florida we manufacture and distribute our freshly made products that can be found in grocery stores, supermarkets, and restaurants. We offer free deliveries in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Our core objective is to provide quality products to our customers in a timely manner. , the founder of Cocoflake started the business from a 10 square feet kitchen in 2001 and based on the high demand of the company’s products moved to a 1200 square feet facility in 2003. From the inception of the business Inez was assisted by her daughter Opal, and she continues to be a major part of Cocoflake. Our mission statement is, “Eat the Best” and that is what Cocoflake strives to do, that is, bake some of the best tasting products for all our customers. We believe our customer base will continue to increase, because our recipes stay true to their homemade inception.
