As a sales executive, I was responsible for million dollar quotas and managing relationships with key customers and Federal/State agencies. Part of my responsibility included the creation, management and fulfillment of large sales contracts, with each contract having it’s own unique characteristics and challenges. This experience has served me well in my real estate career by enabling me to manage multiple parties, timelines and deliverables. Unfortunately many of these fundamentals elude many realtors today, which causes frustration and delays on both sides of the transaction. I am a firm believer in over communication. I don’t believe in waiting for things to happen.
