Since then, she has assembled a team of the finest professionals whose vast knowledge and experience provides what it takes to offer exceptional service that goes far beyond the reservation process. Sue first came to Anna Maria Island years ago to visit her parents who were snowbirds escaping the winter months in Michigan. It was then she found tranquility on the quiet island, which seemed so far away, yet was conveniently close to civilization. At first, she too was visiting just to escape northern Michigan winters, but, once here, she began to invest in real estate and soon discovered she was renting her own properties more than the rental agency she had hired. So in 2000, she decided to open her first rental company, Anna Maria Island Accommodations, also known as the flip-flop company. Wanting to concentrate on sales, she sold AMIA in 2005, but she soon found that she missed the interaction with the owners she sold homes to who wanted to rent their properties and continue with the high degree of service she had offered during the sales process. From its inception, Coastal Cottages AMI has grown to rent and manage nearly 100 properties and continues to offer the personalized service its reputation is built upon. Coastal Cottages AMI is located on Florida’s beautiful Anna Maria Island in the city of Anna Maria in the old Post Office Plaza at 9908 Gulf Drive. Coastal Cottages AMI is a family-owned and operated vacation rental company built on the concept of offering personalized service to rental property owners and their clients. to sleep well at night knowing we are your neighbors on AMI who are keeping a close eye on your most valued investment. a locally-owned company with a team of friendly people passionate about AMI and all it has to offer. a company whose goal is to help you have the perfect AMI vacation by offering a wide selection of affordable properties whose amenities perfectly match your needs. Coastal Cottages AMI has teamed with to provide our guests with top-notch concierge services. Consider It Done offers many services to help make your vacation a little more relaxing and enjoyable, including professional errand and personal assistance. CCAMI nor the Property Owner can be held responsible for inclement weather and accordingly, refund of rental monies is not required. Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten the area the National Hurricane Center and local governing officials will announce evacuation procedures. In the event of a voluntary evacuation (the Guest decides on their own to leave), CCAMI nor the Property Owner is required to provide a refund. In the event construction should occur in the proximity of the Guest’s rental property before or after a reservation is confirmed and/or during the Guest’s stay, CCAMI cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience this may pose. All such activity is governed by ordinances of the island municipalities and strictly enforced. All CCAMI rental properties are individually owned and the décor reflects that of the Property Owner. CCAMI does its best to provide an accurate description of the individual property’s amenities, but cannot be held responsible if the Guest is dissatisfied with the accommodations. Almost all CCAMI rental properties offer wireless high-speed internet service. However, due to various personal computer configurations, CCAMI can only guarantee that the service is available from the provider. CCAMI does not have the expertise to configure computers to accommodate the service. CCAMI will do its best to assist the Guest, but will not be held responsible, or issue a refund, if the Guest is unable to use the service. In all CCAMI rental properties equipped with a telephone, local calls are free of charge. Depending on the Property Owner’s telephone plan, free long distance may be available. The Property Owner’s telephone plan is listed in the Property Book, which is located in the unit, as well as on the individual property’s webpage. If there is no long distance service provided, a calling card is required to make long distance phone calls. The Guest indemnifies CCAMI and the Property Owner from and against any and all liability, loss damage and expense, including reasonable attorney fees and disbursements arising from injury to persons or damage to rental property; occasioned by the failure of the Guest to comply with any provision of law or this agreement; occasioned by any willful act of omission of the Guest or any person residing in or renting Owner’s property; with the exception of such acts or commissions constituting negligence or willful misconduct of CCAMI, its agents, servants, or contractors when acting as agent for the Property Owners as provided herein. Special risks may be involved when using pools, spas, or pool features and the Guest assumes all responsibility for themselves and their guests and for the consequences of those at risk. The Guest agrees to waive any claim whatsoever and hold harmless CCAMI and the Property Owner for accidents and claims resulting from accidents and or injury arising from use of the rental property and any of its equipment, porches, decks, stairs, parking area, elevators, common area, pool, spas, pool features, etc. The Guest agrees to reimburse the Property Owner for any fine or penalty which may be imposed upon the Property Owner by any court or by the Condominium/Homeowners Association, and municipality by reason of any violation upon the premises through the use thereof, or fault of the Guest herein, his agents or servants.
