     Welcome to Coaching Healthy Behaviors LLC. My name is Heather Mocny and I am the owner and creator of Coaching Healthy Behaviors LLC. I am a certified Health Coach, Registered Nutrition & Dietetic Technician and a Certified Dietary Manager. I have a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Kansas State University and I am a current member of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.       I started Coaching Healthy Behaviors to help others make positive behavioral changes in their nutrition and lifestyle choices. We are creatures of habit and sometimes we need a little help making healthier choices not only for ourselves but for those who we love the most, our family and friends.    CHB will be here for you in offering guidance in whatever  changes you want to make to become healthier. Everyone is different and has different needs, so we will work on designing a plan that specifically fits your needs to best help you achieve your goals.  A health coach can help. We are educated in how to help you make changes to make a healthier you.  Coaching Healthy Behaviors will be here to ​  Physical activity can include something you enjoy doing like walking, swimming, biking, gardening, yard work and even cleaning your house. Find something you love that involves moving your body. When you move you burn calories, no matter what activity you are doing.
