I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with London and Cloud base PPG. Upon ordering all of the parts with London, I was kept abreast of shipping dates and arrival times as they began come in. To say that the customer service was great would be an understatement. I later found out that the company that the engine was ordered from had not followed through on their end, at which time London took it upon himself to locate a new motor and still delivered on time. That’s customer service! On assembly day, there were several modifications that needed to be made in order to accommodate the battery and other misc. items that were certainly above my pay grade. London made short work of that and stayed into the evening hours (even on his date night with his wife) to see to it that my rig was set up properly. You just don’t get that kind of service these day and I felt it was noteworthy for anyone considering purchasing from Cloud base PPG. I just don’t think you can go wrong here. Thanks again London for going above and beyond and providing quality products. I walked into PPG less than two months ago not knowing anything and within a few weeks had all my gear and was kiting every day. Within a couple more weeks London had me flying through the air! Safety was his number one priority. He was extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I look forward to continuing to learn with him. I would recommend working with London @ CloudBase PPG for sure!!
