At Closing Time Title, Inc. We provide personalized service for every real estate transaction. We have been in operation since 2005 and are underwritten by Alliant National Title, Fidelity National Title and Old Republic Title. Kristy started this company in 2005 after working in her sister’s title company for five years in Kissimmee, FL. She longed to be her own boss and work closer to home since she had a young child. She took a leap of faith and found Davenport to a perfect place to start. The company has grown fast and now has many employees. She enjoys the vast difference of real estate markets. Especially, since she has the opportunity to work with foreign buyers and sellers. She believes the key to a successful title company is outstanding customer service which comes by doing things right the first time.
