Field personnel are 40 hour OSHA certified, confined space trained, and receive extensive training in the use of equipment associated with site remediation, industrial maintenance and large-scale environmental response projects. CBI has a professional, seasoned management team interwoven with the most “hands-on experience” personnel in the industry. Our team includes several professionals who have served with the US Coast Guard and other international environmental services organizations. The CBI Wastewater Pre-Treatment Plant in Miami successfully passed an audit by CHWMEG, a non-profit trade organization that promotes responsible waste stewardship around the globe.  CHWMEG specifically conducts comprehensive, independent reviews of facilities like our Wastewater Pre-Treatment plant that treat, store, dispose, recycle or transport waste.  Their in-depth auditing process examines the compliance and incident history, environmental and operational risk, and provides benchmark industry comparisons that ensure we are engaged in industry-leading best practices. Cliff Berry, Inc. congratulates our Safety Manager, Richard ‘Steve’ Collins on the successful completion of all the requirements of the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) certification. BCSP is a respected industry leader in credentialing high level safety, health and environmental (SH&E) professionals and recipients of this certification have demonstrated exemplary expertise in the SH&E disciplines. Mr. Collins oversees Safety & Training for CBI, including the courses and certifications offered to our employees and clients.
