Clemons & Pierce, Inc. is an independent Third Party Administrator, providing administrative services to qualified retirement plans. We are located in historic downtown Panama City, Florida, and currently provide administrative services to retirement plans across the nation. We strive to provide quality service that will ensure that the retirement plan is in compliance with IRS and DOL regulations. We provide documentation and full-service, fee-based annual administration to Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit retirement plans. Whether the plan is trustee directed or participant directed, we have the flexibility to provide the administrative services required for any qualified retirement plan. We are currently named as authorized TPA’s for: American Funds, AXA, ING, John Hancock, Lincoln Financial, Principal, Mass Mutual, and TransAmerica.  With our services, plan trustees are free to select from an array of investments that are allowed by governmental regulations for qualified retirement plans. We work closely with CPA’s and financial advisors to be certain that the client’s retirement plan is best suited for the company and its employees. As an independent third party administrator, Clemons & Pierce, Inc. offers plan sponsors the flexibility to select from an unlimited choice of investments under management at any time. Company sponsored retirement plans are highly structured tax exempt entities.  The administration of a qualified retirement plan is dictated by the provisions of federal regulation. The tax code requires that plans undergo certain annual non-discrimination testing.  Plans are also subject to annual reporting requirements of the DOL and IRS. Clemons & Pierce, Inc. can handle the complex tasks involved in the administration of any qualified retirement plan, whether it is a Defined Contribution or Defined Benefit type of plan.  We can do so in a cost effective manner.
