Growing up an identical twin trapped in the comparison game by others and the child of divorce, I searched most of my life trying various methods to find freedom from the feelings of inadequacy and abandonment that my childhood had left behind. While many methods were helpful, it was through Spiritual Response Therapy that I found a way of releasing the pain that had kept me prisoner most of my life.  I experienced Spiritual Response Therapy after a traumatic event left me looking for help beyond traditional psychology. After only a couple of sessions, I started to feel an emotional shift. I was more peaceful and more grounded. I was inspired to learn more for myself and for others. Spiritual Response Therapy (SRT) is a quick and accurate spiritual healing technique that helps you remove emotional blocks that keep you from living a happier life.  SRT works on a spiritual level to support you in eliminating spiritual, mental, emotional and physical challenges.
