Our mission As a program consultant, Michael Skeen supports energy efficiency programs for large commercial and industrial customers on behalf of our Southern clients. Based in Dallas, Texas, Michael’s primary role is to identify and manage customer projects, and in doing so, helps those customers identify energy saving opportunities, provides efficiency level recommendations, performs equipment inspections, calculates annual energy savings, processes incentive payments and performs check presentations. His program team plays a vital role in CLEAResult’s success, fulfilling contract obligations, strengthening client relationships, and always expanding on services we offer. “I have a great team! It’s truly a pleasure working with them,” Michael says. “We draw on each other’s strengths to benefit the whole team. Last year, our Commercial Solutions programs saved over 9.4 million kWh, which is equivalent to the annual greenhouse gas emissions of 1,506 passenger vehicles. Terry leads CLEAResult’s operations including client service delivery, product and service innovation and go-to-market initiatives across the company. His more than 25 years of deep-rooted client service and leadership experience is an asset to CLEAResult as the company looks to expand its core business and accelerate innovation. Prior to CLEAResult, Terry served as senior managing director at Accenture, where he led large-scale business and technology transformations, advised clients and Accenture on business strategy and identified and built strategic partnerships. Terry holds a business administration degree from Emory University. Jonathan serves as CLEAResult’s CFO, responsible for all finance, accounting and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) related activities for the company. Jonathan joined us in 2014 to lead our M&A function where he has been pivotal in enabling CLEAResult to become the North American market leader in energy efficiency and demand-side management services. Jonathan has a broad background in finance, accounting, M&A and corporate strategy. Prior to joining CLEAResult, he spent over 10 years in private equity and investment banking roles, acting as a principal investor or adviser to growth-companies across a number of industry verticals. Jonathan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin. Greg is a forward-thinking technology and business executive with decades of experience creating global and domestic IT impro... Greg is a forward-thinking technology and business executive with decades of experience creating global and domestic IT improvements. Greg’s experience in the utility industry uniquely positions him to deliver unparalleled technology services for CLEAResult and its clients. In previous executive positions at CPS Energy, TXU Energy and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Greg delivered strategic decisions and a competitive market edge through the addition of new IT capabilities. Greg holds a B.S. in Business and Human Relations from Amberton University. He completed the Wharton Business School Executive Program for Strategic Business Planning, North Texas University’s Executive Diversity Training and the Global Leadership Program at the Thunderbird School of Global Executive Management. Greg is a graduate of the CIO Institute at the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business.
