Mr. Griffin has extensive experience in entrepreneurial activities and has experienced the entire scope of challenges facing the founding of a manufacturing company. He has worked with a broad range of domestic retail customers, international vendors and trade organizations. He has negotiated contracts, bank financing and organized partnerships. Ed served on private company, non-profit and trade association board of directors. Mr. Griffin is a resident of Jacksonville Florida. Bowsher is a founding partner of ClearCut Advisors, and along with Ed Griffin, developed the unique concept of helping companies while keeping the customers cost and time at a minimum. Mr. Bowsher has 30 years of business experience that included president, CEO, and general management assignments in both manufacturing and distribution. He has extensive experience in both the commercial and the operations of metals companies, and in the plastics packaging manufacturing business. Steve has run several international businesses, which have included negotiating contracts, mergers, and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in both union and nonunion environments. Mr. Bowsher is a resident of the Chicago, Illinois area. He has his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Steve serves on several company boards, both private and public.
